Clay W. Sullivan
Partner
Prior to pursuing a legal career, Clay worked in the emergency services field for 15 years as a Paramedic. He has provided pre-hospital and emergency department care to the sick and injured in both rural and urban settings. He is also a U.S. Navy veteran and served as a Corpsman with a U.S. Marine Corps infantry battalion deploying to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
He joined Robertson, Beasley, Shipley & Robinson, PLLC, in 20 l7, working primarily in insurance defense litigation. He has experience in defending bodily injury and property damage claims, uninsured and underinsured claims, premises liability claims, product liability claims, breach of contract allegations, bad faith litigation, and various intentional tort cases. His practice also includes plaintiff personal injury representation and medical malpractice. Clay's medical background is uncommon in the legal field, and this gives him a unique perspective when advocating for clients.
Clay lives in Fayetteville with his wife, Marissa, and their three young sons. They enjoy spending time in the great outdoors and assisting with their children's youth sports programs. He leads a local Cub Scout pack and is involved with multiple veteran organizations.
